This product provides you with an understanding of the personal data and related individuals that may be impacted as a result of the incident, and to what extent. This information will ultimately feed into our privacy/regulatory assessment and allow us to advise you on whether you have a legal obligation to notify applicable regulators (including data protection authorities), affected individuals and/or other stakeholders.
The data mining’s rapid review capabilities means you will be in the best position possible to answer questions and support your stakeholders, be it internal (employees) or external (customers, suppliers, etc).

Step 1 is an automated process using artificial intelligence, machine learning, regex pattern searches and common search terms to flag documents containing high risk personal data.
The output of Identify is an overview of the quantities and types of personal data that may be impacted.
This provides valuable insight into the impacted dataset and helps to inform the strategy for the way forward, including whether a notification should be provided to applicable regulators, including data protection authorities (sometimes precautionary notifications are recommended at this stage).
Once we have identified the impacted data, we move on to Step 2, the manual review component.
Depending on the amount of data to be reviewed and desired timeframe for completion, we have various review team options available. We have the capacity to scale up and mobilise a team of 100 reviewers at once.
