Given the circumstances of the Sponsor’s suspension, obtaining reinstatement was considered an exceptional outcome.

Resubmission of Tier 1 Entrepreneur PBS leave followed by successful Sponsor Licence application and pre-registration (Home Office) audit. We were instructed by the client following refusal of their Tier 1 Entrepreneur application, we advised upon successful resubmission obtaining approval on an expedited basis, and then successfully advised the start up entity in relation to a Sponsor’s Licence application following a pre-registration Audit.
