Clyde & Co advises Oliver Wyman on its acquisition of Booz Allen Hamilton’s consulting business

Global law firm Clyde & Co has advised Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm and a business of Marsh McLennan, in connection with its acquisition of Booz Allen Hamilton’s strategy consulting business serving the Middle East and North Africa region.

The acquired entity joins Oliver Wyman’s India, Middle East, and Africa (IMEA) practice, further bolstering Oliver Wyman’s capabilities in both the region and globally.
