Oliva Yurick represents insurers and reinsurers in complex coverage matters in the energy, marine, and natural resource sectors. Olivia began her career focusing on the defense of complex, high-exposure medical malpractice cases for major metropolitan-area hospital systems. Previously, Olivia transitioned to representing insurers and reinsurers in the litigation of insurance disputes in construction, professional liability, environmental, and products liability matters. She has provided counselling to clients on claims-management issues, corporate and regulatory matters, and compliance.
