Mark Wing is a partner at Clyde & Co and a leading insurance lawyer working with property and casualty insurers. He has been very heavily involved in issues arising from the Covid-19 pandemic acting as global coordinating coverage counsel for a multinational insurer and working on most of the leading cases in the UK dealing with issues of policy construction, causation and aggregation.
He has been similarly involved in a number of other international events affecting the insurance market including the Port of Tianjin explosion in 2016 and the Japanese Earthquake in 2011. In the UK he advises on a wide range of insurance policy issues across the property, construction and casualty lines of business as well as working with insurers, brokers and corporates on managing risk issues including dealing with claims involving product liability, defective premises, and construction.
