Jake Welland is an associate and a member of the firm’s Projects and Construction Group. 

Jake has broad international dispute resolution experience, having previously worked in the UK, Australia and China on various international arbitration and litigation matters. Jake has represented international contractors in high-value construction disputes under SIAC, ICC, AIAC, VIAC as well as ad-hoc rules. Jake transferred to the firm’s Singapore office in July 2023 from one of our Australian offices. 

Jake is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and is a qualified attorney in New York, USA. 

Jake holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from King's College London and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from University College London (UCL).
