Rebecca joined the Employment Team in our Manchester office as an Associate in November 2024.
She has experience supporting clients with Employment Tribunal proceedings, including claims for unfair and wrongful dismissal, harassment, discrimination and whistleblowing. With regards to non-contentious work, Rebecca has advised on a variety of workplace issues including disciplinary and grievance processes, and the management of Data Subject Access Requests. In addition, she has prepared and advised on settlement agreements, employment contracts and HR policies.
Rebecca initially joined Clyde & Co in 2018 as a paralegal defending international travel claims, before completing her training contract with the firm gaining experience in employment, healthcare litigation, property liability and catastrophic injury claims. Upon qualification in 2023, and before re-joining the firm, Rebecca spent over a year working for an international commercial law firm where she was instructed to act on behalf of NHS and other healthcare bodies in a range of Employment Tribunal claims and employment advisory work.
