Daniel Thomas is a Legal Director in our Birmingham office. He is experienced in handling a dense portfolio of fraudulent personal injury, bent metal and credit hire claims (principally third party motor claims) on behalf of defendant insurers. This comprises bogus passenger claims, staged and contrived accidents, fraudulent exaggeration, low-velocity impact collision, falsified and fraudulent documentation and first-party fraud.
Additionally, Daniel has dealt with multi-party cases and has advised upon complex indemnity issues. He is skilled in policy interpretation, including the interpretation and application of the Road Traffic Acts, the Motor Insurers’ Bureau (MIB), and the Uninsured and Untraced Drivers Agreement.
Beyond litigation, Daniel is also responsible for the management and supervision of his team of lawyers. He has more than 15 years of experience in fraud litigation.
