Sachin is an English qualified associate in the Global Projects & Construction Group with experience working on both contentious and non-contentious construction law matters. His contentious experience includes advising on both international and domestic projects and construction disputes, as well as mediations.
Sachin has a background in Environmental Science and has advised on large scale energy from waste projects and other renewable energy matters both in the UK and overseas.
On the transactional side, Sachin has experience drafting and negotiating project documents on large PPP/PFI projects.
Sachin champions the firm’s global campaign on Resilience and Climate Change Risk, and regularly produces thought pieces on climate-change and renewable energy related issues, with a focus on infrastructure. His most recent article which he co-authored regarding the decommissioning of oil rigs in the North Sea was recently published in the International Energy Law Review as well as Practical Law.
