Mary Sitko has represented insurers in coverage, bad faith, extra contractual and uninsured/underinsured motorist cases. Her coverage practice in Illinois involves analyzing, litigating, and providing counsel on various policies and issues in Illinois. She is also involved in analyzing and providing counsel on coverage and bad faith issues outside the State of Illinois. Mary has successfully litigated numerous declaratory actions in both the Trial and Appellate Courts. She has a number of published Appellate Court decisions and was involved in the drafting and revising of a national insurance carriers’ automobile liability policy.
