Miguel has over 20 years ‘experience in litigation, having been involved in and led significant disputes related to defective products, serious injury accidents, and insurance policy coverage. Clients describe him as “very approachable and customer-focused” always providing “contextual strategic advice."

He has extensive experience in litigation across various jurisdictions and courts, including international arbitration.

Miguel frequently speaks at national and international forums on product liability, arbitration and civil liability. 

Miguel has a double degree in Law and Business Administration. He is a regular lecturer on Tort Law in the Access to Advocacy Master of the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE), where he is also member of ICADE's Cluster of Professors, and in the International Law Master Programme at “Instituto Superior de Derecho y Empresa (ISDE)”. He has written numerous articles on insurance law and is a member of the Publishing Committee of the specialized law magazine “Responsabilidad Civil y Seguro".
