Michael Roman has a range of experience representing individuals and corporations in general civil litigation. He has handled a variety of matters involving many types of claims and issues, including:

• Employer practices and labor law
• Wage and hour and employment discrimination litigation
• Biometric Information Privacy Act class actions and mass arbitrations 
• In-home healthcare and elder abuse
• Wrongful death and serious personal injury
• Business disputes and commercial litigation
• Trucking and transportation litigation
• Maritime and Federal Employer Liability Act litigation
• Consumer protection class actions

Michael has successfully defended insurers, employers, technology providers, commercial and residential property managers, home care and healthcare providers, and hotel companies in administrative, arbitration, and litigation proceedings throughout the country. His practice has recently focused in biometric privacy, employment law, and personal injury litigation, in which has obtained several favorable judgments and settlements in high exposure matters on behalf of clients.
