Valerie joined Clyde & Co’s Professional & Financial Disputes Department in 2024 and is focused on acting for professionals (including construction professionals and auditors) in professional liability litigation and financial lines disputes, and advising insurers on coverage matters. 

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Valerie trained and practised in the Hong Kong office of another global law firm.

Valerie is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Valerie has been admitted as a lawyer since 2022.

• PRC incorporated companies on debt recovery and enforcement proceedings of arbitral awards and PRC judgments arising out of payment defaults.
