Pedro’s principal areas of practice are insurance dispute resolution and policy coverage advice, especially in the energy and construction sectors. He leads major disputes in all types of jurisdictions and Tribunals.

Pedro joined Clyde & Co’s Madrid office in April 2022, after spending his previous career years at the Litigation & Arbitration department of a major international law firm.
Pedro’s practice is mainly focused on a variety of contentious and transactional matters relating to insurance coverage disputes, machinery breakdown, construction and engineering projects, product liability, energy, fires, fraud, tort law and professional liability.
Pedro studied a Double Degree in Law and Political Science at CEU San Pablo University (Madrid). He had also studied for the public examination for a Parliamentary Notary, a hight level of civil servant.
