Oliver Phillips is an associate in our property damage and recovery team. He advises insurers on policy and coverage issues, third-party liability, and subrogated recovery claims.
In his tenure, he has handled various claims with significant financial value. Namely, he represented clients in a EUR 2 million damage and business interruption claim following a fire at a shopping centre. He also advised on a GBP 2.3 million insurance dispute and a water damage claim in a luxury apartment block.
