Nick is a corporate lawyer with over 20 years of experience.  He carries out domestic and international corporate, M&A, joint ventures, fund raising/investment transactions and large scale outsourcing and commercial work. 

Nick advises across a range of sectors but has particular expertise in the marine and shipping sector and the cash/ATM/payment systems sector.
