Beth Philp is an Associate in the Healthcare team in the London office. Beth qualified into healthcare in September 2021 and has experience in running and assisting on a number of defendant clinical negligence claims for a variety of clients, including optical businesses, dentists and NHS Trusts. She also has experience assisting in inquest proceedings, healthcare regulatory matters and with Court of Protection applications.
