Yousuf is a part of the Coverage, Specialty and Reinsurance Team and assists across various insurance lines, mainly property and assets, life insurance, and cyber. In addition to this, he has assisted clients in the professional indemnity space, the directors & officers’ liability space, the reinsurance context and financial lines insurance.
He is a member of the South African cyber team, which forms a part of Clyde & Co’s global Cyber One offering, and has experience in dealing with cyber security incidents and data protection issues.
Yousuf also has experience in defending third party liability claims, including class actions, pursuing subrogated recoveries, and general litigation.
