He is skilled in managing nuisance claims that result in property damage. His caseload largely consists of tree root subsidence and Japanese knotweed related claims.
Before joining our housing team, Phillip had 12 years’ experience working on defendant pre-litigation personal injury cases.
Phillip is a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX).
