Moritz joined Clyde & Co in 2023. He advises and represents clients in complex domestic and international disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. In particular, Moritz focuses on advising insurers in the area of D&O insurance/liability, E&O liability/insurance, PI and Cyber.
In addition, he frequently handles coverage disputes and has additional experience in product liability.
During his legal clerkship he worked at an international law firm in Düsseldorf and New York City, where he advised in particular in the areas of litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution.
