Mavdeep was called to the Alberta Bar in 2020 and the British Columbia Bar in 2021 and has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice and Court of King’s Bench of Alberta. He has also successfully represented clients at trial before the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Mavdeep has experience in a variety of insurance matters, construction and commercial disputes, personal injury, and claims for professional negligence.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Mavdeep worked at a regional firm in Calgary, where he focused on insurance defence litigation, construction disputes and commercial matters. Additionally, he has experience in closing commercial and residential real estate transactions, estate planning, and small business law.
In his spare time, Mavdeep enjoys playing basketball, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
