Latoya is an associate in the Insurance and Reinsurance department of the Johannesburg Office.
Latoya’s practice areas specifically focus on public liability insurance, insurance coverage advice, general insurance litigation, professional indemnity insurance and personal injury matters.
Latoya is experienced in both dispute and alternative dispute resolution practice, with specific focus on insurance law and general commercial matters:
- Former Jnr. Assistant Ombudsman at the Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance (OSTI);
- Over 10 years in the Short Term and Long Term Insurance industries;
- General insurance claims coverage advice;
- Subrogated recoveries; and
- Public and Professional liability disputes
