Beth specialises in defending drivers charged with the most serious road traffic offences, including death by dangerous or careless driving, causing serious injury by dangerous or careless driving. She has longstanding experience in representing private clients and insured drivers throughout the entirety of the criminal process all the way from investigation, interview under caution as well as representation in the Magistrates’ Court through to trial in the Crown Court.
Beth also has experience representing clients in health and safety and fatal accident investigations involving the police, HSE and Local Authorities including representation in Coronial inquests.
