Elizabeth McCulloch is an associate solicitor in our housing and property litigation team at our Liverpool office.
Elizabeth represents registered social landlords (RSLs), local authorities, and clients with property interests in the insurance sector.
She advises on social housing management issues, including personal injury, possession, civil injunctions, complex public law, and The Equality Act.
She also advises on litigated and pre-litigated matters of property law, especially disrepair, boundary disputes and nuisance claims. Elizabeth has experience in complex succession cases, housing fraud, trespasser proceedings, unlawful eviction, and adverse possession.
Elizabeth enjoys sharing her expertise with others. She often delivers client training on property law and emerging changes in the property and housing management sectors.
In 2020, Elizabeth published the paper Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 - Where are We Now?
