Rozenn has over 20 years' experience. She has an international practice with an emphasis on insurance in industrial and maritime sectors.
In this regard, she represents many insurers of the French and English markets in disputes brought before French courts and arbitral tribunals. She also advises her clients on the drafting of insurance policies and the adaptation of some to French law.
Rozenn has in-depth experience in general liability, product liability, special risks and property related disputes.
Rozenn also represents shipowners, oil companies and traders (commodities) and has developed a strong reputation in the management of their risks.
Rozenn has gained a reputation in enforcement measures and thus regularly participates in the arrest of ships, aircrafts and of any type of asset.
She holds a Maîtrise in Private Law from the University of Brest and a DESS. Rozenn was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1997. She then joined the Paris Clyde & Co firm, where she became a partner in 2004.
Rozenn’s expertise in maritime law is praised by the legal guides Legal 500 (EMEA 2024 - France) and Chambers & Partners (Europe 2024 - France).
