June has experience acting for financiers and lessors on a broad variety of transactions, including financing arrangements, leasing transactions, novation and sale and purchase agreements.
She graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a LLB Law (Honours) and was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2019. Prior to joining Clyde & Co, June worked as an associate at a magic circle firm in London.
