Catherine Lyster is a seasoned attorney who focuses her practice on all aspects of insurance coverage matters and complex commercial litigation, including directors’ and officers’ liability, professional liability, fiduciary liability, commercial general liability, toxic/mass tort, and environmental claims.

Catherine’s diverse experience includes securities class actions, shareholder derivative actions, employment liability, professional negligence claims, workers compensation, and breach of fiduciary claims. In this capacity, Catherine’s experience includes drafting coverage position letters and coverage opinions, as well as overseeing the litigation process for complex insurance coverage matters in both state and federal courts.

Known for her client-centered approach, Catherine takes pride in delivering personalized legal solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs and objectives. Her comprehensive understanding of policy language and regulatory frameworks allows her to effectively advocate for clients in pre-litigation negotiations, litigation, and mediations.
