He has particular expertise in advising on real estate, environmental, planning and construction aspects of renewable energy projects, where he combines his experience and practical approach to the development of renewable energy projects.
Mikolaj oversees and manages the legal due diligence of wind farms, photovoltaic power plants and other renewable energy projects. He also advises on project financing, acquisitions and disposals of renewable energy projects in the form of share and asset deals.
