Rosie Jewers is an Associate in the Healthcare team at Clyde & Co.
She has a wide-ranging healthcare regulatory practice, encompassing fitness to practise proceedings in many healthcare regulators, in particular the General Medical Council, General Dental Council and General Optical Council.
Rosie also represents NHS Trusts and individual clinicians in inquests and judicial reviews. Her advisory practice covers a wide range of topics affecting the healthcare sector, from mental capacity and Deprivation of Liberty Safegaurds (DoLS) to data protection and GDPR.
