James is a Legal Director in Clyde & Co’s nationally recognised Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Regulatory team.
His practice includes contentious and non-contentious health and safety, fire safety, corporate and gross negligence manslaughter, coroner’s inquests, and public inquiries.
He has been recognised in Chambers and Partners UK as a leader in the field of health and safety UK-wide since 2011 and commended as “…a brilliant lawyer… [whose] attention to detail and technical ability are very high", "…very knowledgeable in health and safety, and…great at putting individuals at ease", and one who "…thinks outside the box…[is] highly experienced and knows his stuff."
