Michelle Iseman has several years of conflicts and risk management experience. She has familiarity with clearing lateral candidates, reviewing outside counsel guidelines/engagement letters, and clearing new business conflicts. Prior to working in risk management, Michelle was a litigator in Chicago handling insurance defense matters, including premises liability, automotive/trucking accidents, and construction defects cases. She started her career clerking for a family law judge and practicing matrimonial law in South Jersey.
Michelle assists Clyde & Co US LLP’s General Counsel in the oversight of professional responsibility and risk management for the US offices of the firm.
