Benedict (Ben) Idemundia focuses his litigation practice on aviation, commercial, and product liability matters. His practice includes representing airlines, airports, and related entities as well as product manufacturers, contractors, retailers, and their insurers in disputes involving significant economic loss, wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury and property damage. Ben has experience defending claims involving various products in the aviation, construction, and consumer goods context including fire suppression systems, water heating units, industrial pumps, consumer tools, commercial batteries, and septic systems.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Ben worked on complex litigation matters involving construction defect claims, product liability claims, personal injury and contractual disputes. He has additional experience in handling matters involving motor vehicle collisions, workers compensation issues and subrogation rights.
Ben's diverse practice history provides him with a unique perspective when analyzing matters and developing a litigation strategy that will most efficiently and expediently achieve his clients' needs.
