Thomas Humann focuses his litigation practice on aviation and aerospace liability as well as product liability. Thomas has 23 years of experience as a Marine Corps attack helicopter pilot, White House helicopter pilot for President George W. Bush, fire-rescue helicopter pilot, multi-engine airplane pilot, and aviation safety officer. During that time, Thomas investigated hundreds of aircraft incidents, including fatal accidents in conjunction with the NTSB and FAA.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Thomas concentrated his litigation practice on commercial contract disputes, complex trust and estate disputes, and real and intellectual property disputes. Thomas has conducted all phases of litigation, including trial and appellate work.
Thomas’ extensive aviation and investigation background provides him with a unique ability to analyze matters and develop effective defense strategies.
