Sophia advises insured professionals including solicitors, accountants, brokers , architects and surveyors in the defence of professional negligence claims, supporting them in the litigation whilst protecting their reputation and balancing needs of insurers. Having also previously acted for claimants in litigation, she has gained a valuable insight to assist clients in the defence of proceedings. Sophia also advises market leading insurers on a range of coverage issues.
