Michelle became a Transaction Executive in 2021 following 5 years of being a paralegal within the department, having been with Clyde & Co for 9 years.
Throughout her progression, Michelle has gained a considerable amount of experience in dealing with all property transactions including affordable housing transactions, (whether the acquisition and onward sale, lease assignments and staircasing transactions). Michelle also has experience in dealing with lease extensions on behalf of local authorities and has acted for property companies such as Grainger plc and Frogmore in relation to commercial letting.
