Justin Hartley focuses his practice on liability and excess coverage. Justin’s experience includes litigation, coverage analysis, and regulatory guidance. His litigation practice has included bad faith, personal injury, breach of contract, fraud, construction defect, and other commercial matters across California.
Justin has also provided coverage analyses to insurance carriers arising under various policies including commercial general liability, personal and commercial auto, homeowners, and excess and umbrella. He has previously provided regulatory guidance and regulatory surveys to insurance carriers on insurance rate making and certain data privacy issues.
