完整简历

David is a Legal Director in the healthcare and historical abuse team based in our Glasgow office. He joined the firm in November 2017.

He has worked in the insurance litigation sector for over 14 years. After predominantly specialising in disease claims resolution, he has more recently specialised in non-recent and contemporaneous abuse litigation.

David acts for the majority of the legacy insurers and reinsurers in the UK and has an in-depth knowledge of the law and practicalities of claims handling in this area.

The majority of his work relates to defending high value historical abuse claims on behalf of major insurers, local authorities and charities.  He is recognised within the legacy market and by the wider legal community as an expert in this field.
