Andrew Hassey is a general liability and insurance coverage litigator with experience handling an array of matters on behalf of insurance carriers and self-insured entities. Andrew’s practice includes design and construction litigation, product liability, professional liability, and toxic tort matters. He is also skilled in providing insurance coverage analysis and litigating matters pertaining to coverage.
Andrew astutely evaluates his cases from time of claim and throughout the litigation process to ensure he is forming a successful strategy that aligns with his clients’ goals.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew practiced construction and general liability insurance defense at a Boston law firm. He began his career in corporate real estate and private estate planning.
