Natalie Griffin is the Chief Operating Officer for Insurance based in the Manchester office and began working with Clyde & Co in 2018.
Natalie has a demonstrated history of working in the professional services industry and is a results-orientated leader, whose expertise includes: mergers & integration, strategy development and implementation, operational delivery, change management and organisational restructuring. Natalie’s strengths lie in enhancing profitability, improving the customer experience and increasing employee engagement.
Natalie took a leading role on Clyde & Co’s merger with BLM in July 2022, and continues to drive effective integration across the combined business. The merger was the second largest in UK legal history and delivered an additional seven physical offices, 1,100 people and created the single largest casualty insurance provider in the UK and Ireland.
Prior to spending the last 12 years in the legal sector, Natalie has worked across various other sectors such as financial services and manufacturing. Natalie started her career in the finance function working across various areas before qualifying as accountant and moving into business operations.
Natalie is a qualified accountant (ACMA), also achieving a first class honours degree in Business Studies.
