María Ignacia Guidobono San Martín is an associate in the Projects & Construction practice in our Santiago office since July 2023, focusing her practice on dispute resolution and local arbitration before Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce, related with engineering and construction projects, with a particular expertise in the energy and residential construction sector.
She graduated from Universidad de Chile’s Law School in 2018 and has taken part in university courses assisting Penal Law teachers.
Prior joining the firm, María Ignacia´s practice was focused on dispute resolution and litigation before ordinary courts, the Court of Appeals, and even the Supreme Court, involving direct interaction with clients.
In 2021, she enhanced her expertise by completing a course in construction contracts at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
María Ignacia speaks English and Spanish.
