Ruth has a broad range of experience in the context of defending claims and pursuing subrogated recoveries arising from property damage, product liability and business interruption claims. Including assisting in the team's response to COVID-19 business interruption claims and the FCA Test Case, at High Court level and the appeal to the Supreme Court.
