Lucy advises across the full range of contentious construction, engineering and projects matters. This includes in relation to issues of valuation, payment, deductions, delay, disruption, defects, termination and suspension. Lucy advises on both bespoke and standard form contracts (including JCT, NEC, ICC, FIDIC, LOGIC and IChemE) and has particular expertise in the energy and infrastructure sectors and PFI/PPP projects.

Lucy is recommended in the Legal 500 and in Chambers where it is said she is “an exceptional lawyer who understands the client’s needs”, “technically impressive” and “very practical and straight to the point”.
