Sarah joined Clyde & Co as a Senior Associate in the catastrophic injury and large loss team in 2022 and is based in our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.
Sarah has extensive experience in both pursuing and defending personal injury claims in the Sheriff Courts, including the All-Scotland Personal Injury Court, and the Court of Session. Her practice involves handling a broad range of reparation matters, including motor, employer’s liability and public liability claims, on behalf of leading insurers and self-insured clients. She joined Clyde & Co from an in-house role at a medical defence organisation, bringing with her particular expertise in handling high value claims, often involving complex causation arguments, including fatal claims, brain and spinal injuries and amputations.
