Raphaëlle began her legal career at Clyde & Co in 2019 when she joined as a student-at-law and stayed to complete her articling period. Following her admittance to the Quebec Bar, she is delighted to be continuing her time at the firm as a new associate, where she is primarily focused on the practice of professional liability and insurance coverage and litigation.
Prior to starting law school, Raphaëlle studied psychology at the University of Sherbrooke and University of Ottawa, where she graduated with a minor in women studies and received the Dean's Honour List recognition. During her undergraduate studies, she had the opportunity to do volunteer work at an orphanage in Senegal, in West Africa.
Raphaëlle received her Licentiate in Law (LLL) from the University of Ottawa in 2017 where she graduated Cum Laude and also made the Dean's Honour List. With a passion for travel, she participated in an international exchange during the course of her degree – studying at the University of Technology Sydney in the Faculty of Law. Having thoroughly enjoyed her time abroad, she returned to Australia in 2018 where she earned a Master of Laws degree (LLM) from the University of Sydney.
Described by her peers as hard working and attentive with strong interpersonal skills, Raphaëlle approaches every matter as an opportunity to give the best of herself to her clients and answer to their needs. When working on a case, she remains committed to finding a solution in the most pragmatic way. When she is not at the office, Raphaëlle enjoys spending time at a spin class or running outdoors. With a strong love for travelling and immersing herself in new cultures, Raphaëlle hopes to explore the Nordic countries for her next adventure!
