Paulina is a transactional lawyer with over 10 years of experience, focusing on complex real estate and M&A transactions.
Paulina’s professional experience includes leading or providing legal support for numerous high-profile single asset and portfolio transactions (asset and share deals, JV, enterprise), advising on development schemes, coordinating due diligence processes, and cooperating with cross-functional teams for domestic and international investors, private equity funds and developers in a wide range of sectors: office, logistic, retail, and residential (including PRS, co-living, student-housing).
She also advises on the development process of real properties, lease projects, and environmental issues. She provides day-to-day assistance to investors and developers.
