Kay is a Senior Associate with over 11 years' experience in occupational disease claims. She specialises in claims arising from occupational exposure to asbestos, acting on behalf of insurers and their policyholders.
Kay has extensive experience of dealing with all asbestos related conditions including mesothelioma and asbestos-related lung cancer. She has an in depth knowledge of handling claims in the All Scotland Personal Injury Court and the Court of Session. She advises insurers, brokers and policyholders regularly and has particular focus on claims involving the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
