A partner at our Manchester office, Claire Dinoff’s expertise lies in personal injury litigation. She works almost exclusively on complex loss and catastrophic injury claims. 

Claire has experience in the majority of areas concerned with personal injury litigation. These include motor, public and employers' liability, clinical negligence, and policy coverage. She also specialises in claims involving brain and spinal injuries and has experience of criminal defence work. 

Having initially worked for claimants, Claire has spent time “on the other side of the fence.” She has found that her previous experience has been invaluable since moving over to defendant insurance litigation in 2009. 

Claire has acted on behalf of a number of clients and as a result, she is very aware of the different interests and concerns for both insurers
and corporate clients.
