Based in our Birmingham office, Peter Court is a Consultant in our professional indemnity team. With more than 25 years of experience in professional indemnity law, he is highly valued for his expertise. This includes claims against solicitors, accountants, surveyors, valuers, financial intermediaries, brokers and construction professionals.
Peter advises on policy coverage issues and policy disputes. He handles directors’ and officers’ insurance claims, providing policy coverage advice.
Most of Peter’s work is UK-based, but he has dealt with numerous cross-jurisdictional claims. Other legal jurisdictions include Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, Canada, the USA, and the Cayman Isles.
