Joseph Cartan focuses his practice on insurance coverage, representing domestic, London market and international directors and officers and financial institution insurers. Joseph represents insurers in connection with securities fraud class actions, shareholder derivative actions, regulatory actions involving publicly traded companies, antitrust claims and professional liability claims.
Joseph's experience includes the representation of commercial general liability insurers in connection with disputes involving the scope of coverage, equitable contribution among insurers, bad faith actions and the interpretation of insurance policies.
