Johanna Cipau is Senior Counsel and focuses her practice on insurance coverage litigation. She represents carriers in insurance coverage disputes arising in state and federal courts. In addition to litigation, she regularly advises clients on policy interpretation, claims handling, and bad faith.
Before entering private practice, Johanna served as an assistant public defender for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida where she gained jury and non-jury experience.
